Terms of use
Version dated October 10, 2026
By using the Wallet Checker website (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service shows information about a TRON address collected from several sources — the OFAC sanctions list, the USDT contract and public blockchain data — and produces a risk score by its own methodology. The score is for information only.
2. Not an opinion or advice
Check results and the PDF report are not an official compliance opinion, nor legal, financial or investment advice, and do not replace the checks that licensed organisations are required to perform. You make the decision about a deal yourself and at your own risk.
A low risk level may include minor warnings within the checked scope; it does not guarantee that the funds are of legitimate origin or that the address owner acts in good faith.
3. Data accuracy
We try to update the sources regularly, but third-party data may contain delays and errors, and the blockchain API may be temporarily unavailable. The Service is provided “as is”. The date and sources of every check are stated in the report.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to harass, blackmail or harm address owners.
- Do not create excessive load: automated mass querying without an agreement with us is prohibited.
- Do not resell check results as your own product without our consent.
5. Non-commercial project
The Service is a free, non-commercial project. There are no paid features.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including decisions made on the basis of a report.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version and its date are always published on this page; we will flag material changes on the site.
8. Contact
A contact for questions about the terms will be provided at launch.
